The Landscape Installation Foreman is an experienced landscaper working with minimal supervision. Candidate is responsible for overseeing and working with a landscape crew of one to two team members. Daily activities include installation of:
- retaining walls
- paver walks and patios
- outdoor kitchens
- water features
- planting beds
- trees and shrubs
- seeded and sodded lawns
- other related landscape projects.
He or she should have three to five years of landscape construction experience, a working knowledge of horticultural practices and heavy landscape equipment safety, use and care. Candidate must have a desire to complete projects on time and within budget while meeting Naylor Landscape Management’s quality standards.
The Landscape Foreman will work closely with landscape team members, Landscape Construction Manager, Field Supervisor and customers. So, he or she must have ability to lead and work with team members, vendors and clients in a professional, friendly and courteous manner. Candidate must have a chauffeur’s license, the ability to obtain a CDL Class A license within 60 days of hire and pass a drug test.
